WHO WE SERVE.png

THE POPULATION THAT WE LOVE TO SERVE

At the Next Level Empowerment Program (NLEP), our passion is to serve men and women who are transitioning back into society after incarceration. We understand the unique challenges faced by returning citizens and their families in New Haven, Connecticut. Our mission is deeply rooted in creating a nurturing and inclusive community that offers comprehensive support. We are dedicated to those who are determined to turn over a new leaf, eager to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Our participants are not just individuals seeking a second chance; they are fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters, each with their own story and potential. By focusing on preventing recidivism, promoting self-sufficiency, and strengthening family and community ties, NLEP stands as a beacon of hope and a catalyst for positive change. We are committed to walking alongside each individual, offering the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to forge a successful and fulfilling future.
